Starting March 22nd, 2021, we are offering a convenient, FREE pick up and delivery service to customers within a 3-mile radius of Dry Clean Express! Download the Cleantie App to get started today. See below for more details.

How to Get Started 

1. Submit a pick up request in the Cleantie App*. Your options for pick up will be either Tuesday or Friday at 8am. 

 

App download (via Apple or Google App Stores), account registration, and payment information will be required to request your pick up order.

2. Leave your bag filled with laundry and dry cleaning items outside your door on Tuesday or Friday before 8 a.m.

 

 

You will receive a bag on your first delivery so for your first pick up, please leave your garments in a bag of your choosing (for example: grocery, garbage, reusable).

3. One of our professional drivers will pick up the bag from your house and bring it to our store for cleaning and care. 

 

 

The driver may pick up bags as late as 5 p.m. on the designated pick up date.

4. Our professional drivers will deliver your completed order right to your door before 5 p.m. on the Tuesday or Friday following your pick up date.

 

We will charge the credit card on your account in the Cleantie App on the day of delivery.

  • What Services Do You Offer? |  We have a wide variety of services available to all of our customers. Feel free to click on any of the services link to get more information about that service.   • How Much Does This Delivery Service Cost? | Delivery is completely FREE for you! Whatever price you would pay in the store is the same price you will pay for your pickup and delivery service. Please note, no promotional pricing applies to delivery orders. 

  • What Is The Turnaround Time? | Turn around time is the same as the pickup and delivery days of service: Tuesday & Friday (i.e., if we pick up on Tuesday, you will receive your clothes on Friday and vice versa). 

  • Where Do You Operate From? | We are a locally owned business, and we perform all the services locally in your community. We are located at 8345 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29418.

  • Where Can I Leave Feedback? | We would love to hear from you on how we can improve our services. Your review is very important to the success of our operation. After you place an order with Dry Clean Express you will have the ability to review your experience under your profile in your Dry Clean Express account. You can also leave a review on Yelp, Google, or Facebook!

  • Do I Have To Be Home For The Pickup And Delivery? | It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery. With your first order, we will deliver a welcome kit with a garment bag and door hook. For pickups, you simply leave your garment bag in front of your house/door and on the delivery, we will supply you with a hook to hang your completed orders so we can deliver without a bother.

  • How Do I Pay For My Orders? | During the signup process, you provide your credit card details one time. We use that card for all future transactions. Dry Clean Express applies all security standards and uses Verifone, a leading North American payment provider, to deliver secure and reliable payment solutions that make the customer experience convenient and dependable. Dry Clean Express does not share your credit card information with anyone. 

  • How Do I Alert, If I Have A Special Need For One Of My Items? | Use Your Account profile tab on our app to make changes at any time, or send a special request. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders. 

  • Will My Information Be Kept Confidential And Safe? | Dry Clean Express respects your privacy. Across our business, we will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to provide service and support, and share service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We don't share your personal data. We strive to ensure that every customer experience is safe and secure.

  • What Do I Do If I Have A Problem With My Order Upon Delivery? | Should there be an issue with your service, call the store immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.

  • What Are Your Refund Policies? | Dry Clean Express strives to provide the very best quality cleaning for our customers.   • Are Your Products Environmental Safe? | Environmental impact should be reduced. We believe businesses should do their part to offset environmental impacts as much as possible. Dry Clean Express uses high-quality, high-efficiency laundry equipment and biodegradable substances in order to reduce our carbon footprint. 

  • What Are Your Hours Of Operation? | At our store front, 8345 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29418: M-F 7a-7p | Sa 8a-2p. Hours of operations for the delivery services will vary upon availability. To begin, the delivery services will operate for drop off and pick up services on Tuesdays and Fridays.
